You may use this form to apply for a Temporary Food Premises/Merchandise stall/product or services display registration for Easter Carnival event in Richmond. This form is for individual stall holders to complete.

How to complete this form

1: Ensure that all fields have been filled out correctly.

2: Please note that fields on this form marked with an * are mandatory and must be completed before submitting the application.

3: Applications must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the first event at which you intend to operate. Please note: Incomplete applications will be returned to applicants to resubmit once complete.

Please select how many days you want to book the space for:

• Full refund will be offered if the event is cancelled before the actual event day
• 100% of the agreed amount need to be paid as a deposit for hiring the stall before the event day
• Event Organizer cannot guarantee exclusivity with any food/drink variety to any hirer unless it has been agreed to by the event organizer in writing and the hire fees has been paid in full
• Hirer is responsible to take out any insurance that may be required for the preparation and selling of food/drinks/merchandise/products/services
• Event Organizer is not responsible for the cancellation of the event on the day due to any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, fire activity or any other event that is beyond the control of the Organizer
• Event Organizer is not liable to pay any damages or compensation to the hirer in the event of a turnout of lower or higher number of patrons than expected
• The hirer agrees to forfeit the deposit in the event of a no-show for any reason whatsoever • Bump in /Bump out information will be shared near to the actual date of the event
• Submission of this form does not guarantee spot at the event. Each application is assessed individually
• We cannot guarantee marquee or power unless exquisitely agreed and paid for
• Rent will be determined by one of the organizing committee members on the basis of type of food/power requirements/marquees requirement and square metre space. The rent will not be same for all the participating vendors
• Permission from Council and adherence to local health regulations to operate at the event would be the vendor’s responsibility

By completing and submitting an application to participate at the event, you agree to all above statements and conditions. Further, you agree to the following:

• Vendors will indemnify and hold harmless against this event any and all claims arising from vendors’ participation at this event
• Vendors will not hold the event and its organisers liable for injury, theft, loss, or illness in conjunction with this event.
• Vendors are responsible for all applicable local council taxes and registration fees.
• Vendors shall be subject to and shall comply with all of the vendor rules and regulations of the local council and governing state including all regulations applicable and pertaining to temporary food establishments.
• Vendors are prohibited from selling, distributing or consuming any alcoholic beverages at any time while on the event site if it’s a free alcohol event. Failure to comply will result in the automatic closure of vendor’s stall and forfeiture of any fees paid.
• The event organiser reserves the right to reject any merchandise at any time during the event.
• Vendors are prohibited from purveying or selling any pornographic material or offensive music or merchandise. This is a family event. Vendors are prohibited from dealing in pirated music or merchandise. Doing so is illegal. Vendors are responsible for the behavior of their children. Vendors shall forbid their children from disrupting other vendors and festival customers. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Food Vendors shall be required to always have fire extinguishers on the premises. Failure to have these items may delay the opening of the vendor booth.
• Vendors shall be liable for any damage to the event site and/or other property located at the event site which may result from vendors’ use of their stall space.
